The OSB Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Administrator to join our HR Shared Services team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to the HR function, ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll and screening processes.
Key Responsibilities- Payroll Administration: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll requests through our HR system, adhering to monthly deadlines and maintaining audit trails.
- Screening and Compliance: Resolve, monitor, and complete all screening cases, attending monthly meetings with our screening provider and addressing any service failures.
- Administrative Support: Assist with reviewing and escalating HR Administrator-drafted letters, ensuring compliance with relevant SLAs and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Visa and Immigration: Develop expertise in sponsored VISA processes, ensuring adherence to Home Office guidelines and maintaining accurate documentation for audit purposes.
- Process Improvement: Stay up-to-date with current HR processes and recommend improvements or changes to procedures, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR Shared Services team.
- Competitive Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
- Benefits Package: Discretionary annual bonus opportunity, 28 days annual leave, contributory pension, life assurance, and access to private medical insurance and medical cash plan.
