My client is a market leader working in the transport and logistics sector.
They deliver training solutions across the UK to large transport and logistics companies and include the government as one of it's clients.
Due to impressive growth, they are looking to add another experienced business development manager to the team.
You should have specific experience selling business solutions into medium and large size businesses with a demonstrable track record of success.
As an experienced b2b salesperson you should be personable and at ease talking to decision makers and key stakeholders in blue-chip companies.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days in an office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and 2 day’s working from home on Monday and Friday.
The office is based in Kentish Town.
The starting basic salary is up to £35,000 with a realistic year 1 OTE of £50-55K, this is uncapped so there is the opportunity to earn even more. Year 2 should be higher (£60-75K) than this as you build your experience and client base.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 08:30AM- 17:30PM
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Experience in b2b sales

- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management software, such as Salesforce
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel and, to an extent, PowerPoint.
