B2b Sales Representative

**Our Role**:
To generate sales growth through supporting the team in building long-term relationships with both existing and prospect B2B customers.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- End to end fulfilment of B2B orders (from enquiry through to delivery) for customers, and managing sales enquiries from existing and new customers
- Ensure all customer queries are answered within the SLA and resolved promptly
- Support in the order processing, raising pro forma invoices and VAT receipts for customers
- Accurately maintain the B2B Customer master data and marketing preferences in line with GDPR guidelines
- Performing administrative tasks that work towards the overall department strategy
- Respond to post-sales enquiries and ensure all customer communication is on brand, with a customer first attitude.
**Assist in delivering the B2B sales strategies**
- Along with the B2B sales team, work with the core customer base to encourage repeat business and up-selling
- Work closely and share ideas with Account Manager in specific industry aresa to drive growth and generate new business
- Identify opportunities to improve margin and sales through product selection and share with the wider team
- Coordinate, set up and represent the B2B department at relevant events where customer opportunities are present
- Build relationships with stores to support B2B growth and help with in-store customer queries
- Create content for store teams on internal platform to support retail growth strategy
- Support in the management of the B2B customer database management system, to ensure all customer data is up to date and relevant. Working in Excel and associated tools
- Deputise for the Account Manager when required
- Assisting with the on-boarding process for new customers to encourage sales and following up with existing customers to convert existing sales
**Working in conjunction with the team, proactively develop the core B2B customer base and to develop key customers relationships**
- Build and maintain close relationships with existing customers to understand their business and the opportunities for growth
- Complete due diligence on new customers and escalate to the Account Manager with recommendations
- Actively promote TWC products and services to existing and new customers in line company brand, vision, and values
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and drive future business growth
- Assisting with the development of existing and new processes, suggesting changes to the Account Manager if needed.
Maintain strong product knowledge and attend product and drive own development.
Maintain systems and process knowledge including the evolution of the new D365 system.
