**About Us**

We are ReCharge Payments, a leading provider of innovative payment solutions. Our sales team is growing rapidly, and we're seeking a highly motivated B2b Sales Representative to join our ranks.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, communicating our value proposition to prospective clients, and transitioning engaged merchants into the hands of our Sales team.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.

**Your Responsibilities:**

  • Drive sales growth through new customer acquisition and pipeline development
  • Identify and target emerging merchants using various channels, including cold calling, emailing, video and social selling
  • Communicate our value proposition and technical abilities to prospective merchants during the initial phase of the sales process
  • Transition engaged merchants into the hands of our Sales team based on an acceptance-oriented methodology

**Requirements:**

  • 0-2 years of inside technology sales experience with a history of success in a consultative sales environment
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
