We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Opportunity professional to join our team at Dazzle London. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth through strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the B2B sales landscape, with a proven track record of success in identifying and closing deals. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.

This is a competitive role that offers a salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, plus a bonus scheme that rewards high performers. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow your skills and career.

About the Role:

  1. Research and identify new business opportunities, with a focus on B2B sales.
  2. Build relationships with key decision-makers at target companies, to establish trust and credibility.
  3. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and meet targets.
  4. Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted strategies to boost sales.
  5. Negotiate contracts and packages with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B sales landscape, including market trends and competitor activity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or marketing.
