Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Shield. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, preferably in the tech/SaaS industry, with a proven track record of success in cold outreach, lead generation, and account management. You will be responsible for researching companies, identifying key decision-makers, and generating leads through various channels, including social media and email marketing campaigns.

In this role, you will also work closely with our Subject Matter Experts and Technical Account Managers to present demos, run trials, and close deals. Your exceptional communication and negotiation skills will enable you to effectively articulate the value proposition of our solutions to C-suite executives and other stakeholders.

A successful Business Development Representative at Shield will be goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to meet or exceed quarterly targets, update our CRM system regularly, and participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
