JustTankers was first established in the 1950's, progressing every year into the current multi-product retail business now trading internationally as Just Tankers. We are the UK Distributor for Europe’s premier Tanker manufacturers as well as several other industry leading component companies.

Our new site in Petersfield in now open and we require a new dedicated team member as our Office Administrator. This role will see you create your own space in the company using your previous experience to ensure the smooth running of our busy Office.

JT Petersfield, Quinn Hay Farm, Froxfield GU32 1BZ

**Working Hours**

Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm

Friday 9am - 4.00pm

Overtime available

**Benefits**

£22,000 - £26,000 depending on experience, Pension, Free Parking, No weekend working.

**The Role**:
You will be a highly organised team player who is comfortable within a small team and willing to learn. The role is a supportive role with changing daily duties depending on staff levels, holidays & workload. Due to the nature of the business, full training will be offered, but experience of Sage, DVLA systems and Sales/Purchase Ledger would be very advantageous.

The office is in a beautiful country setting easily accessible from the motorway. There is free parking available and 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.

**Some of the daily duties include**:

- Performing data entry roles including sales/purchase ledger & order entry
- Booking in vehicles for Build & Maintenance
- Assign Jobs references and data collection.
- Parts ordering
- Scheduling vehicle servicing and testing
- Performing data entry.
- Supporting the office with all general administrative work
- Meeting & greeting and setting up meeting room.
- Manage inventory for the office.

**Experience and attributes**:

- Experience within a varied office role.
- Be adaptable and willing to take on new responsibilities as and when required.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Previous experience working within a commercial vehicle business.
- Ability to work towards deadlines and as part of a team.
- Able to plan and organise your daily workload.
