**Installation Administrator (Maternity Cover)**
Alitex Ltd, established in 1952, is a thriving family business specialising in designing, manufacturing and installing world-class aluminium greenhouses. We are recruiting a Installation Administrator (maternity cover) to support our Installation Manager for 25 - 30 hours (over 5 days) a week. This position would suit a self-motivated and driven individual looking to balance working hours with personal commitments.
**About the Installation Team**
This team plan, organise and complete the installation of our greenhouses in our customers’ gardens. They complete installations throughout the UK as well as overseas projects in the USA and Europe. The team have to be highly organised, flexible and committed to delivering extraordinary customer experiences.
**About the Role**
This role is focused on supporting our Installation Manager for 13 months (June 24 - July 25) with key logístical and administrative tasks. Our aim is that we are fully prepared for all site installation work and that we create the best situation to enable excellent team and customer experiences.
- Planning - Working alongside our Logistics Manager to populate our schedule management system ensuring activities, tasks and documentation are accurate, up to date, in the right place and easily accessible. Setting up site tablets ready for install and extracting site reports after installation.
- Logistics - Providing necessary support & administration to ensure deliveries, travel, overnights and plant are appropriate and catered for. Including customs information for overseas installs.
- Reports - collecting, recording, and summarising various site information. Inputting data for use in the departmental scorecards.
- Finance - inputting costs, booking hours and keeping track of expenditure. Checking accuracy of trade values and commenting on variations.
- Support - Supporting the Installation Manager with the day-to-day running of the department.
**We are looking for someone who**:
- Office365 competent
- Keen and able to learn key IT systems quickly
- Able to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Is an excellent verbal and written communicator
- Enjoys teamwork and collaboration.
- Is structured and organised in their approach to managing workload.
- Achieves a high level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
- Our office hours are 8am to 5pm (Monday - Friday) - this role will be 5 or 6 hours daily (start and finish times to be agreed)_
**Salary: £12/hour **(equivalent to £25,000 full time, 40 hours, per annum)
