Role Description:
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented person with an attitude to “get stuff done” to join our growing team.

The Business Data Administrator will assist the VP of Business Excellence and wider Business Excellence team in supplying, and ensuring that we have the accuracy and quality of data available in our core data system so we can confidently provide the data necessary to the functional areas of the business that we serve including; Finance, Marketing and Sales.

The Business Excellence Team acts as the ‘bridge’ between areas of the business and their systems. We provide the data that allows them to make informed decisions while trusting the system the data is coming from.

One of our core objectives is for the business to become more ‘data conscious’. A big part of this role will be to help deliver on that objective. You will be expected to work with stakeholders across the business to ensure they are all thinking about and providing good data across multiple systems. You will be the driver for best practice.

Duties will include:

- Performing daily, weekly, and monthly data audits and document results.
- Ensuring the CRM data is up to date in accordance with business rules and automation.
- Supporting the Salesforce Admin in administrative tasks.
- Working collaboratively with multiple functional areas to provide data insights across teams and systems to aid in the growth of revenue.
- Providing reporting to functional areas with insights into the performance of the business.
- Work with all functional areas of the business to ensure data is accurate and reportable.

Skill Specification:
This role would be ideal for an individual with an interest in data analysis and CRM management who wants to join a growing team. There are no specific technical requirements, but the individual would need to quickly develop the core skills required to use cloud-based CRM software. The specific skills required are:

- Strong day-to-day computer skills
- Basic understanding of data modelling
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
