**Overview**:
We are an established accountancy firm and are seeking a highly organised and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team.

As first point of contact for the practice, this person will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client service and administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the practice's office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain partner calendars.
- Assist with document preparation, formatting and filing.
- Perform and carry out client onboarding and Anti-Money Laundering checks.
- Maintain and organise office supplies and equipment.
- Co-ordinate meeting room bookings and meetings.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role preferred
- Proficiency in computerized systems and databases
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Typing speed and accuracy are essential
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers
- Knowledge of basic administrative tasks and procedures
