**Administration Assistant**

Flexible, Part-time role

**About the role**

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our growing team as an Administration Assistant.

This is a part time position that would ideally suit someone who is studying Administration or at college.

The role will involve supporting the business with key admin tasks such as;
- dealing with phone enquiries
- processing orders
- generating invoices and delivery notes
- credit control - following up on any overdue invoices
- processing account forms and following up on references
- supporting existing team

**Skills and Experience**

We are looking for someone who;
- has a friendly, professional manner
- can communicate well others, be such as colleagues, customers and suppliers.
- can work without constant supervision
- as a great attitude and attention to detail
- can use their own initiative

Previous Admin experience or someone who is studying Admin or Business Studies at colleague would be advantageous.

Salary - dependent on relevant experience, in line with national minimum wage

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £9.00-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
