Administration Assistant

Our client is looking to appoint an Administration Assistant, initially on a temporary basis for approximately 4-6 weeks. This is a full time role, Monday - Friday and duties include:
- Providing varied administration support within a busy HR Department.
- Updating and maintaining accurate and confidential employee records.
- Covering telephone calls, taking messages and delegating calls.
- Opening and distributing mail.
- Scanning and filing.
- Checking and updating employee Right to Work checks and VISA records.
- Chasing up incomplete records.
- Supporting additional staff where necessary with a range of administrative duties.
**Person specification**
- Previous administration experience preferred.
- Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt and learn new skills quickly and efficiently.
- Strong IT skills including MS Office.
- Reliable and dedicated with a strong work ethic.
