**Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative assistance, including scheduling meetings, handling phone calls, and managing correspondence. Audio typing reports.
- **Reception**: Meet and greet customers and clients
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records and documentation, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.
- **Calendar Management**: Coordinate and manage calendars for key personnel, schedule appointments, and assist in organising meetings and events.
- **Data Entry**: Input and maintain data in company databases and spreadsheets accurately.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an administrator.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Fast learner with the ability to multitask.
