Our client is looking to appoint a Finance Administrator to join their team based in Inverness. The successful applicant will work within a highly supportive environment offering long term progression and personal development. Previous accounts experience is not essential but applicants must have strong administrative skills and a high level of numeracy. Ability to carry out reconciliations and deal with financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail is required. Duties include:

- Process transactions throughout the month.
- Review costs and expenditure.
- Perform high volume reconciliations for a number of accounts.
- Reconcile supplier statements and amend any discrepancies.
- Process and input invoices for payment.
- Update and maintain accurate records.
- Daily use of spreadsheets, databases and an in house finance system.
- Use of MS Office.

**Person Specification**
- Previous administration experience along with an aptitude for figures.
- Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail in carrying out reconciliations within deadlines.
- Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems and procedures with ease.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- An aptitude for learning and professional development.
