**About us**

Relate is the leading relationships charity and the Relate Federation is the largest provider of relationship support in England and Wales. Offering counselling, information, mediation and support to individuals, couples and families, we work with people of all backgrounds and sexualities at all stages of life. Over the last couple of years our counselling services have been delivered exclusively via video and phone. We also provide expert training for relationship support practitioners.

**About the role**

We are looking to recruit a Training Coordinator to support the administration of our comprehensive training and qualifications. Working alongside a small team, in a busy and fast paced environment, you will manage and support the administration of our training offerings.

**Some of the key requirements include**:

- Support the administration and the running and tracking of specific programmes of studies through Relate Training
- Support Relate students, tutors and clinical placement providers throughout the duration of the programme of study
- Manage all aspects and arrangements for training events:

- Finding venues, securing dates and booking training space
- Publishing training events
- Securing and allocating tutors and trainers for delivering courses
- Processing invoices/payments
- Manage all aspects for course delivery
- Manage all aspects for course assignments, submissions and portfolios, including:

- Coordinating all assignment submissions, marking, feedback and result uploading to specific software portals (Learn Relate)
- Communicating with Tutors and students
- Keeping all students tracking systems up-to-date
- Printing and sending final certificates
- Receipt of assignments & arranging marking & internal moderation

**Essential requirements include**:

- Experience of working in Further or Higher Education and with qualifications/course administrations
- Good level of education with excellent written knowledge and skills
- Good organisational skills and ability to work to strict deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in customer service
- Experience of working with Learning Management Systems/Zoom/Teams and Softphones technology
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team within a busy and fast moving work environment
- Flexible approach to duties and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to prioritise personal work load when dealing with conflicting demands
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality issues
- Willingness to undertake learning for new software packages
- Works collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the learner‘s experience.
