Customer Service Trainer

**The Role**
- Design and expand on existing training and development programmes
- Ensuring that all audits are documented and performance feedback is provided to key stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing training and support whilst evaluating employees, identifying areas for improvement and recommendations of additional support needed for new starters and existing customer services agents.

**About you**:

- **YOU MUST** have a proven experience within a call centre/customer service role.
- You will also have experience creating and delivering training on good practice and producing supporting documentation/training materials.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £32,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
