An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Coordinator/Administrator to join our dynamic team working across our new funded projects in Northampton.

The project involves providing intervention and support for vulnerable young people with complex needs who may be at risk.

As the project Coordinator you will be in organising the delivery and supervision of the projects ensuring we are evidencing the impact of the work carried out in the process.

Working remotely you will be liaising with staff, volunteers, and customers to ensure we meet the outcomes and Service Level Agreement Terms and Conditions identified by the funders/ contractors.

You'll be involved with all aspects of the teams administration and will play a key role in supporting and ensuring the smooth running of project. Your role will be a varied one, with aspects of Project Co-ordination, administration and other general duties. Some of your main responsibilities are as outlined below.
- Coordinate the preparation and delivery of our high quality programmes across the various project to ensure it meets the requirements.
- Attend external project meetings - Face to Face and virtually (via ZOOM/TEAM).
- Supporting the marketing and promotion of the project
- Ensuring regular communication with all key agencies and stakeholders to establish and maintain project metrics and to measure and report progress.
- Support the Directors of Upskill with recruitment, selection, induction and training of session staff or volunteers, ensuring adequate numbers of staff are deployed across the projects.
- Supervising the management of any Safeguarding Issues across the project as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
- Oversee the evaluation and monitoring of the projects including collecting registers, session write-ups, completion of evaluation forms, interviews and observations (conducted by the volunteer team.
- Collecting content for social media and PR including: photos, videos, blogs, live feeds.
- All associated admin duties; compiling excel spreadsheets, data inputting, writing up evaluations and reports
- Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities considered appropriate by the Senior Management Team.

Please note experience working in a similar position is preferred.

You will be expected to visit the project in Northampton on a regular basis

The projects have the potential to grow and the role may well develop into a fulltime post

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 18 months
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £12.50-£14.00 per hour
