**Job summary**:
We are recruiting for the role of HR Projects Assistant** and this role is a fixed term contract until 31/08/2025.**

**Job description**:
If you join us you will be part of a busy, inclusive team and be line managed by the Senior HR Projects Officer: Talent & Apprenticeships. You will be responsible for providing effective project support, primarily within the OD Talent pillar.

You will progress and implement workforce development solutions to achieve key objectives, including coordinating and supporting meetings, drafting and maintaining project documents, assisting with project communication and managing the business as usual work for a number of projects. You will play an active role in the design and delivery of new projects and consider improvements where necessary to existing projects. You will support evaluation of learning outcomes of our various Talent projects to improve our understanding and their effectiveness.

To be successful in this role you will;
- Have an understanding of the work of the OD team
- Demonstrates a range of skills including the use of data to shape and inform business need and solutions;
- Have experience in supporting or managing a range of projects, including project planning, maintaining project documents and producing project communications;
- Adopt a creative and flexible approach to problem solving;
- Demonstrate rational, reasoned and sound professional judgements taking into account all available information and data;
- Considers implications of stakeholder views and ability to respond to feedback, modifying or making recommendations for changes as required.
- Demonstrate and maintain credibility with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation.
- Be able to build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
