The role is varied, and you will be actively involved in all aspects of our learners’ journeys - designing, delivering training, assessing and coaching.

In return, we offer home-based working with full access to our central offices and central support team, given lots of autonomy and flexible working with CPD and development opportunities. Salary is £32-£40k (FTE) depending on experience and location, together with a car allowance, pension and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
