**ABOUT YOU**

You are highly capable and ambitious, with the ability to provide high quality administrative support to help Adoption UK deliver our People and Wellbeing Strategy for staff and volunteers.

You will have experience of HR administration and/or of coordinating training, learning and development or wellbeing programmes; or you may have lots of transferrable skills and experience and are looking for a new challenge.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Working directly for our People Development and Wellbeing Manager and alongside our Company Secretary and Executive Support Officer you will help coordinate and provide administrative support for our people and corporate supports.

You will engage with staff and volunteers to support our HR, learning and development and wellbeing programmes, as well as with our payroll and accounts functions to ensure the smooth management of expenses, payroll and invoicing.

The role is scalable part-time to full time, minimum of 21 hrs per week and maximum of 35 hours a week.

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support our People Development and Wellbeing Manager to coordinate our programmes of learning and development and access to wellbeing supports for our staff and volunteers; providing administrative support.
- Provide general HR administrative duties, including correspondence, contracts and information change notifications; ensuring records systems are maintained and current, liaising with key stakeholders as required.
- Provide accurate payroll data to our accounts payroll team each month
- Act as point of contact to coordinate the processing of staff and volunteer enquires about learning and development or wellbeing supports.
- Produce datasets of people data, including sickness, turnover, annual leave, learning and development and other key measurables as required.
- Provide general admin support to the Chief Operating Officer and Company Secretary with other Central Services work as required.
- Support other corporate and people projects as required.
- To carry out such other reasonable duties as may be deemed necessary.

**What we offer**

A salary of £23,258 per annum pro rata, you will be working 35 hours a week.

This role is home based, with flexibility around work pattern an option.
