The Role

Key Duties & Responsibilities;
- Assist in overall monitoring, management and development of the EMEA web shop outsource center
- Reconciliation of web payment transactions and preparation of related bank recs.
- Review of Fraud queue/rules and resolution of issues
- Allocate, process and respond to chargeback requests
- Manage the refund process, including using More4Apps
- Liaison with Garmin global IT/Web Teams sharing knowledge/improvements
- Liaise closely with Product Support Manager and Teams
- Liaise with external partners, such as Adyen, Barclays, Paypal.
- Drive improvement projects and efficiencies to develop role/team for future growth in weekly project review meeting with AR Mgr and FC.

Education & Experienced required;
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel to a intermediate level at minimum
- Experience with Oracle desirable
