We are looking for an Accounts Admin Assistant to come and join the Team on a full time basis. The role will involve dedicated Accounts administrative support to the warehouse, sales team, directors and customers.

**Key Job Duties**:

- Accurately inputting data
- Sales Order Processing
- Managing customer portals for order processing
- Using Sage 200 for day to day duties
- Accurate processing of invoices
- Supporting the team when required to ensure administration tasks are met
- Referring telephone calls to the relevant person in the office
- Organising, scanning and filing all paperwork
- Making drinks as requested
- Taking Credit Card payments/foreign currency conversion
- Supporting the team with other duties as required
- Excel - Monthly/weekly reporting using pivot tables, filtering and data analysis

**Required skills and experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience working within an office environment
- High level of competence in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise workload
- The ability to work as part of a team and on their own
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines
- A keen eye for detail
- Highly analytical

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
