Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to enhance the operations of our Learning Disabilities services. This role is based in our dynamic office environment and involves providing essential support to ensure the smooth delivery of services for a not-for-profit organization focused on social care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the efficient management of office tasks, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Prepare professional documentation and reports, facilitating effective communication within the team.
  • Organize meetings and events, acting as the primary contact for both internal and external inquiries.
  • Utilize Excel and data processing skills to create graphs, manage information, and address staff queries.
  • Maintain a well-organized workspace and manage multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess previous office experience or be a recent graduate eager to develop their administrative skills. You should be adaptable, hardworking, and capable of working independently while also contributing to team objectives. Proficiency in IT, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, is essential.

Additional Information: Full training will be provided, along with opportunities to pursue a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. Our organization offers various benefits, including a probationary bonus, pension contributions, and 33 days of annual leave.
