**Main Purpose of the Job**:
**Main Responsibilities**:

- Handling inbound calls from customers related to new or existing bookings.
- Providing accurate and up to date information requested on the various Gravity loacations across the UK acting as the central resource for customer enquiries.
- Providing support to your wider CSC colleagues and working with the CSC management team to deliver a great guest experience.
- Working flexibly to undertake ad hoc duties as and when required to help meet the needs of the business and guest experience.

**Person Specification**:

- You will be energetic, enthusiastic and willing to learn.
- Able to handle customer enquiries using effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- You are a good overall team player and able to work well with a diverse range of people across all levels of the business.
- You’ll be good at thinking on your feet, adaptable and have good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks within a constantly changing environment.
- Demonstrates a ‘can do, will do’ positive attitude.
- You have a Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office and able to adapt quickly to new systems and technology.

**Additional Information**

Some travel may be required to attend meetings and training events and some overnight stays away from home may be required.
