A Day in the Life of a Customer Account Executive

  • Deliver exceptional, customer-centric service to both clients and internal commercial teams.
  • Foster long-lasting relationships with clients based on trust, integrity, and mutual benefit.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to meet sales and volume objectives for each account.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with your assigned customer group, sharing best practices to support Commercial Account Managers.
  • Coordinate deliveries with specific customer locations, partnering with our logistics provider to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage booking slots and customer portals to ensure all delivery requirements are met.
  • Provide tailored customer analysis to support Commercial Account Managers, including stock levels, sales forecasts, and cancellation reports.
  • Work alongside internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous service improvement initiatives.
  • Aim for excellence in customer service performance at all times.
  • Stay informed about market trends to maximize value for both clients and Teva.
