We are seeking a highly skilled Content Engagement Specialist to join our team at Northern Powergrid. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping our engagement strategies and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a wide range of engagement activities, including conferences, focus groups, surveys, and roundtables, to foster meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal colleagues to ensure the business is actively responding to stakeholder insights and intelligence.
- Take the lead in creating and maintaining our digital spaces to share information, support stakeholder learning, and promote engagement opportunities.
- Support the implementation of our AI triangulation tool for reporting and provide professional advice to colleagues on developing engagement approaches for key projects.
- Established stakeholder management expertise, including stakeholder mapping, audience segmentation, and positive relationship building.
- Demonstrable experience developing and delivering stakeholder engagement opportunities across face-to-face and digital spaces, ideally in large-scale complex industries.
- Excellence in program management and tactical engagement planning.
- Digital expertise and creative approaches to maximizing opportunities for stakeholders through digital content.
- Experience developing content for web publication and active management of web spaces.
- A minimum GCSE or equivalent in English Language and Maths.
- Excellent digital skills, including Microsoft applications such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working closely with professional and executive-level staff and external stakeholders.
- Web publication and web management experience.
