About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Engagement Specialist to join our team at Northern Powergrid. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping our stakeholder engagement strategy and delivering high-impact initiatives that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans that align with our business objectives
  • Manage and maintain our digital spaces, including websites and social media channels, to ensure effective communication with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and intelligence from stakeholders and inform business decisions
  • Provide expert advice on stakeholder engagement approaches and tactics to support key projects and initiatives
  • Manage the implementation of our AI triangulation tool for reporting and analytics
Requirements
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management, engagement, and relations
  • Excellent digital skills, including content creation and web management
  • Strong program management and tactical engagement planning skills
  • Ability to work closely with professional and executive-level staff and external stakeholders
  • Minimum GCSE or equivalent in English Language and Maths
