Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and driving the digital marketing strategy to optimize brand awareness and trial, online UX, and customer targeting to deliver lead generation and E-commerce sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and develop our website (UX and online journey) to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
  • Optimize our E-commerce platform to achieve sales targets and improve customer engagement.
  • Measure and report on digital marketing performance, assessing against goals and ROI.
  • Identify new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Requirements:
  • Graduate calibre with appropriate marketing qualifications.
  • Experience in marketing automation and CRM, with Hubspot experience an advantage.
  • Strong CMS experience and management of company website.
  • A social media native with expertise in managing and developing corporate platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external parties at all levels.
