Our client helps sustain venues across Cheltenham, supporting the local economy, and improving the local community. They deliver a wide variety of services and activities and have an exciting opportunity for a Venue Coordinator to join them.

The Venue Coordinator will support the Venue Manager (Wedding and Banqueting) in day-to-day duties and responsibilities. As a Venue Coordinator, you will manage your own smaller events from start to finish, including menu choices, table planning, décor, and tableware.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the Venue Manager, and manage your own smaller events from start to finish
- Liaise with internal and external suppliers
- Maintain communication and resolve client queries in an efficient manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist with ensuring the clients vision and requirements are effectively executed

**Skills/ Experience**:

- Excellent organisational and time management skills, and able to remain calm under pressure
- A team player
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly approach
- A problem solver, with a can-do attitude
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Excellent IT Skills
