The Trust is an independent charity that manages five iconic and contemporary venues at the heart of Cheltenham including the Pittville Pump Room and Heritage Café, Cheltenham Town Hall and the Garden Bar, The Wilson Art Gallery and Museum, Leisure at Cheltenham, and the Prince of Wales stadium. We deliver a wide range of services and activities including hires and events, festivals and shows, exhibitions, leisure, cafes and in-house catering.

**The Role**:
The Cheltenham Trust is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join the catering team as a Team Resource Coordinatoron a part-time basis. The Team Resource Coordinator will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining an efficient and engaged workforce, overseeing rota management, recruitment and staff onboarding, and training standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with the Food and Beverage team to understand their recruitment needs and lead the recruitment process, ensuring all new starter paperwork is completed.
- Ensure that all new staff members have been inducted and received the necessary training and certifications.
- Act as a point of contact for staff inquiries and concerns regarding rotas, training, onboarding.
- Develop and manage staff rosters, ensuring proper coverage for all Trust venues and events.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to understand staffing needs during diverse events.
- Handle scheduling conflicts and adjustments promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee such as absences, training information.
- Collaborate with HR to identify training needs and develop training programs.
- Collaborate closely with the HR department to foster a positive work environment.
- Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives, policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

**This is a part-time position with flexible hours. The exact schedule will be determined based on operational needs.**

**Our Offer**
- Part time (20 hours per week to be worked Monday
- Sunday on a rolling rota)
