Project Administrator Coordinator

Omega Resource Group is seeking a highly skilled Project Administrator Coordinator to provide administrative support to the consultant team.

About the Role:

  1. Prepare a weekly survey planner and distribute it to relevant personnel.
  2. Liaise with hotel suppliers to book accommodation for the department.
  3. Review and approve hotel supplier invoices on a monthly basis.
  4. Order and coordinate eDNA kits for the team, including returning used kits for analysis.
  5. Arrange hire vehicles for all disciplines and manage internal paperwork, including mileage records.
  6. Support the annual renewal of framework agreements for sub-consultants.
  7. Assist with equipment management, including stock counts and orders.
