Project Administrator Coordinator

Omega Resource Group is seeking a highly skilled Project Administrator Coordinator to provide administrative support to the consultant team.
About the Role:
- Prepare a weekly survey planner and distribute it to relevant personnel.
- Liaise with hotel suppliers to book accommodation for the department.
- Review and approve hotel supplier invoices on a monthly basis.
- Order and coordinate eDNA kits for the team, including returning used kits for analysis.
- Arrange hire vehicles for all disciplines and manage internal paperwork, including mileage records.
- Support the annual renewal of framework agreements for sub-consultants.
- Assist with equipment management, including stock counts and orders.
