We are hiring a Human Resources Generalist in either the UK or Spain.

**The role**:
We’re looking for a Human Resources Generalist to provide outstanding service to employees and consultants worldwide and provide administrative support to our existing team. This position is remote first from your home office, with potential for occasional travel to our UK and Spain offices.

**What you’ll do**:

- Manage all immigration, including work visas, formation of new entities, and new country business registration.
- Handle day-to-day benefits administration, including coordination of Open Enrollment, answering employee questions, enrolling new employees in benefits, and entering basic changes.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and paperwork, and developing an improved Onboarding workflow and process.
- Maintain the company intranet home page and Human Resources pages.
- Process employee changes, including reviews, pay changes, title changes, and maintain the Organization Chart.
- Assist on a variety of HR and recruiting initiatives that will be fun, challenging, and have a direct impact.
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize a high-volume workload effectively and independently.
- Manage background checks including authorizations, documentation, and updates to the requesting parties.
- Prepare offer letters, employment agreements, and other contracts as requested with consideration of current best practices and potential legal implications.
- Handle confidential employee and company information with the highest level of discretion and adherence to security best practices.

**What you bring**:
**Professional **Skills** and Experience**
- 2-3 years of experience in an international Human Resources Generalist role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Rigorous attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Comfortable working as part of a multi-national and multi-disciplinary team.
- Demonstrate a logical and structured approach to projects.
- Ability to work independently under deadline.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, and the ability to read, write, and comprehend complex material.
- Proficiency in problem solving, independent decision making, data interpretation, organizing, reading, writing, and analysis.
- Position requires computer use, sitting or standing at a desk/table, typing, and occasional lifting (20 pounds or less).

**Compensation and Benefits**
- The target base pay compensation for this role is between £35,000 and £45,000 in the UK and €40,000 and €50,000 in Spain, depending on experience.
