Human Resources Administrator

Are you a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Creed Foodservice Ltd in Cheltenham, Ilkeston & High Wycombe. As HR Administrator, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and payroll processing, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Our ideal candidate has proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint, and experience working as an HR Assistant or Administrator within a fast-paced multi-site organisation. They have good understanding of HR best practice and employment law, familiarity with recruitment strategies, interview techniques, and onboarding processes, and experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for entry-level and operational positions.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities, flexible working hours, and a fun and supportive work environment.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent customer service focus, interpersonal, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills, persuasive writing skills, and excellent telephone manner. You should also be able to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing.
