Zenoot Ltd is a globally recognised leader in the Engineering/Manufacturing sector. We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled HR Manager who will:

  • Meet the operational needs of the leadership team and colleagues, ensuring best practice HR practices and behaviours consistent with company values.
  • Support the General Manager onboarding and take an active role in developing a high-performing leadership team, partnering with managers to coach and develop leadership skills.
  • Deliver and embed core people initiatives into the business, contributing to Group HR-level initiatives and projects.
  • Plan and execute operational and strategic HR activity – performance management, remuneration, talent management, recruitment, inclusion, engagement, global grading, and HRIS.
  • Provide advice to senior management on HR policies and procedures, employment law, and support/counsel management in practical application and interpretation.
  • Offer line managers guidance and support regarding performance, behaviour, capability, and managing complex ER cases.
  • Collaborate effectively with a shared HR administration team and central Group HR Functions, working within the EMEA region of the Global Supply Chain division.
  • Lead union relationship management in partnership with the UK Supply GM and Ops manager.
  • Partner with the General Manager and leadership team to drive a High Performance Culture and CI mindset, ensuring all parts of the organisation feel included, valuable, and engaged.
  • Embrace new digital HR systems, identifying and deploying better ways of working in the future.

The Ideal Candidate

  • CIPD Qualified
  • Strong track record as a HR Manager and Business Partner, preferably in a Global, matrixed Manufacturing organisation.
  • Broad knowledge of HR best practice, including Employee Relations, Engagement, Reward, Resourcing, Talent, and Development, Coaching on Leadership, and Employment Law.
  • Change management experience and ability to deliver and support organisational change.
