Administration Assistant

**Location** - Coatbridge, ML5 4EY
**Salary -** DOE
We are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant in permanent role. As a Construction Administrator you will work closely alongside all office-based construction departments, supporting managers and employees with a variety of tasks related to the organization. Your role will also require you to communicate effectively both verbally and written, build rapport and strong working relationships internally, and ensure that all administration tasks are completed accurately and delivered to a high quality within a timely manner.
4 day Working Week
Monday—Thursday 8-5pm
**Key Responsibilities**
- Creating and maintaining filing systems, organising, and storing paperwork, documents, and computer-based information, with an objective of a paper reduced system.
- Monitoring and Updating various Matrix systems.
- Manage and arrange meetings.
- Collate and store contractor and supplier information.
- Assist Operations Management with ordering site resources as necessary.
- Support site with any relevant needs
- Assist in planning and arranging site deliveries.
- Maintains stock lists and orders supplies as needed.
- Assists in purchase orders and invoicing.
- Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed.
- Support recording of QA/QC documentation
- Collate and store contractor training certificates and competency cards.
- Monitor and manage various mailboxes
- Build and maintain relationships with Suppliers
**Experience Required**
Experience within a similar role in the Construction or Engineering sectors
- 2 years experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Communication skills written, verbal and face to face.
- Preferable knowledge of Sage System
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
