Sales Support Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the technical sales team with all administrative aspects of the quotation process.
- Assist in the process of sales order input, purchase order processing & loading of enquiries.
- Management of customer online portals and document handling.
- Obtain quotations from sub-contract and raw material suppliers.
- Raise and expedite purchase orders.
- Develop, maintain and manage strong supplier relationships.
- Raising sales orders and quotations in Emax (ERP system - training will be provided).
- Assist with control of transport activities / logistics.
- Day to day office activities - call handling, archiving of documentation, stationary ordering etc.
**Essential Job Requirements**:
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise & plan accordingly for the task at hand.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office package - Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to be flexible as per business needs.
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
