This is an office-based role where hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.00-4.30pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).

Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, duties will include:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieve company sales objectives
- Oversee the complete sales journey, from generating leads to sealing deals
- Present coating specifications to meet customer needs
- Provide precise monthly forecasts to the management team
- Nurture existing business connections and source fresh opportunities
- Cultivate a robust network and foster strong ties with influential figures
- Play a pivotal role in propelling the company's expansion in both UK and global markets
- Cover for Commercial colleagues when needed
- A degree in Business or a related field would be advantageous
- Proven sales track record desirable
- Pro-active self-motivator who can operate both individually and as part of a team
- Ability to manage and co-ordinate multiple projects and customers
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills, including problem solving
- Strong analytical, organisational and time management skills
- Computer literacy, IT skills and typing skills

A degree in Business or relative field would be advantageous, coupled with being a team player, a great communicator, being respectful, possessing strong organisational and time management skills.
