**Job Title**:Estimating Document Controller/ Administrator

**Location**: Coatbridge, Glasgow

**Role Overview**:
Our business operates within the Construction Industry specialising in the supply and installation of Cladding, Roofing and Drylining packages. The Document Controller/ Administrator’s main responsibility is to facilitate and help the estimators with their daily tasks. Ideally, we are seeking someone who has experience working in a fast-paced environment with 2-3 years admin experience, preferably in construction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Estimating Administration.
- Preparing Bills.
- Client Interaction.
- Keeping Main Contractor/ Company Information up to date.
- Maintain existing client and supplier relationships.
- Following up on submitted tenders for updates.
- Recording RFI’s.

**To be considered for this role you must demonstrate**:

- Previous experience in admin roles, preferably in construction.
- Competent Computer Skills.
- Great spoken, written, and oral communication.
- Qualifications relating to admin would be ideal but not essential.

**Benefits we are offering**:

- Full time employment.

- 6 weeks and 2 days annual leave.
- 4 day working week, Monday-Thursday, 8-5pm.
