We are one of the UK's leading suppliers of Waterproofing solutions, predominantly for flat roofs and we are looking for a passionate and experienced Operations Administrator to join our site in Coatbridge, Scotland.

**Duties**:

- To process sales and purchase orders
- To input orders into the computer processing system
- Deal directly with customers by telephone, electronically and face to face
- Liaise with contractors and customers on issues of order progress etc
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and to handle and resolve complaints
- Keeping the databases up to date
- Helping with credit control
- Invoicing

**Requirements**:
**Essential**:

- Good IT/Microsoft skills
- Customer Service
- Good telephone manner
- Attention to detail

**Desired**:

- Experience with CRM System
