Office Administrator

Coatbridge based company looking to add to the current office staff
Administrative duties will include
- Perform various clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Downloading & printing tender enquiries & drawings and preparing all documents for pricing
- Managing & maintaining the programme for tender returns.
- Completing and returning tenders via online portal
- Documenting & recording tender returns
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Utilize computerized systems to input and retrieve information
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
