McKendry Dunion Financial Limited is an award winning mortgage and protection brokerage based in central Scotland.
We help a whole a range of clients with their financial needs ranging from first time buyers to clients looking to re-mortgage their existing property and even experienced landlords.
We pride ourself in delivering great customer service and are looking for someone that shares that drive to join McKendry Dunion Financial as a part-time adminitrative assistant.
**Position: Administrator**
The Administrative assistant is responsible to help maintain the needs of our clients. They will be responsible for the scheduling of appointments and maintaining records of client cases. The Administrator will also be responsible for providing general administrative support to other staff members.
**Core Functions**:
- Manage and coordinate multiple client cases.
- Maintain accurate client records and case files.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in dealing with clients and other staff.
- Provide administrative support to other office staff as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Must be highly organised, detail oriented, and have strong communication skills.
- Must possess a high level of professionalism in dealing with clients.
- Must possess a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision or as part of a team.
- Must be I.T Literate
