**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of HR or administrative experience required.
- Experience with C&B, recruitment, ER is preferred.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
- Experience with Manufacture industries is a plus.
- **Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Maintain employee records and payroll information.
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, termination, compensation, leave, etc., as needed.
- Assist with training new employees and managing employee relations issues.
- Perform background checks on new hires.
**Salary**: £18,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
