Role Description
This is a full-time Administrative Assistant role located in Coatbridge, UK. As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for handling the day-to-day administrative tasks, such as answering phones, managing schedules, filing paperwork, and organizing office inventory, processing invoices and purchase orders. A knowledge of Sage 50 Accountd Professional and Sage 50 Payroll would be an advantage however, full training will be given.
**Qualifications**:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Prior experience working in an administrative capacity
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy while performing tasks
**Salary**: £11.00-£12.35 per hour
Expected hours: 39 per week
