JEA Vehicle Programme Business Analyst based within the upfront Digital (IT) delivery team.
**Skills Required**:
- Clear communication.
- Requirements
- Capture Process Mapping.
**Experience Required**:
- Proven Business Analyst with track record of delivery (ideally in the manufacturing environment).
- Methodical detailed approach to work context.
- Strong analytical skills to identify how one issue can impact on another and put in place the required interventions through support or from own knowledge base.
- Strong process mapping skills.
- Structured analysis.
- Ability to manage significant risks and issues.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Vendor management experience.
- Ability to work to tight timescales.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Formal Business Analyst qualification.
**Experience Preferred**:
- Manufacturing IT background (not essential).
- Experience in Project Management.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
