- Service schedule planning.

- Help screen incoming calls.
- Greet visitors.
- Look after the filing.
- Providing refreshments formeetings.
- Organise hotels for installation/service engineers when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to manage complex and highly confidential information
- Comfortable working autonomously and across multiple tasks
- IT literate with some experience of Office 365 and basic data bases.
- Excellent social and communication skills, to enable professional interaction with a wide range of contacts, both internal and external.
- Ability to organise and
- plan own work.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- A high degree of personal organisation and self-management
- Comfortable when working to tight deadlines, and able to turn work around within a short time span where demands are liable to change at short notice;
- Ability to think proactively and laterally to maximise opportunities to promote the work of the organisation

- Excellent organisational skillsThis is a full-time permanent position and the hours for this position are Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm Fridays 9am-4.30pm

We offer 20 days paid annual leave plus 8 Bank Holidays (plus closed between Christmas and New year), ongoing training and free parking.
