Office Administrator

**Office Administrator required for travel management company**
You will work closely with existing Admin staff, reservations & finance to provide accurate support on a range of tasks. Previous, recent admin experience is required.
**Monday-Friday 0900-1730, office based.**
**Role**
Inputting hotel, car and other reservations into the billing system.
Processing flights into the billing system.
Generating invoices and other financial documents.
Recording and reconciling all transactions across multiple credit cards.
Scheduling and making payments to hotels and suppliers with strict deadlines.
Contacting hotels and other suppliers to make amendments on existing reservations.
Arranging ancillary products, special requests and other administrative tasks relating to existing reservations.
Maintaining and managing sensitive client database.
Producing monthly sales reports.
Creating and managing spreadsheets.
Monitoring and ordering office supplies.
Post duties.
Assisting with accounts procedures and financial reports.
Creating and managing client profiles and preferences, for online and offline reservations.
Assisting with our online booking tool software.
Data input.
Travel document generation.

- Able to adhere to all confidentially requirements.
- A methodical and structured approach to tasks.
- Excellent written and spoken English, suitable for a professional environment.
- Ability to learn on the job and retain information.
- Adaptable to a variety of tasks.
- Positive, can-do attitude.
- Previous admin experience
- Second/multiple language beneficial.
**Salary**: From £10.85 per hour
