**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Administering course registrations and ensuring all participants are successfully enrolled.
Liaising with awarding bodies and end point assessment organisations to ensure compliance and accreditation standards are met.
Running regular reports to monitor course progress, completion rates, and other key metrics.
Administering our E-portfolio systems, ideally with knowledge of OneFile E-Portfolio, although training can be provided.
Providing administrative support to the training team, including document management and communication with stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational or training environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and the capacity to quickly learn new software systems.
- Experience with OneFile E-Portfolio is desirable but not essential.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
