Are you a detail-oriented and organised individual with a knack for managing financial data? We are currently seeking a skilled Office Administrator to join our clients team and play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records using SAP.

**Company Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Input and manage financial data accurately into SAP systems.
- Ensure that financial records are up-to-date and aligned with company guidelines.
- Collaborate with the finance, Warehouse and Supply Chain teams.
- Contributing to system documentation and training materials to facilitate user understanding.
- Assist in generating financial reports and providing insights for decision-making.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the office by assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
- Proficiency in using SAP for financial data management is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Relevant certification or training in SAP and finance is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: £14.00-£18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- SAP system: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
