This will be an office-based position, although the option of working from home on Fridays will be available.

- Answering calls
- Data entry
- Order processing
- Update CRM
- Order management
**Skills and Attributes**
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise.
- Great customer facing skills
- High numeracy and sound technical skills.
- Problem-solving skills and initiative, the capacity to make quick but rational decisions.
- Be an effective team player when working with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow with maximum output.
- Good IT skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication skills
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
