**Job Description: Office Administrator/Receptionist**

**Your new role**

Your typical daily duties will include:

- Taking ownership of the accounts spreadsheet making sure all staff are aware of upcoming filing deadlines.
- Preparing letters of engagement.
- Preparation of Sales Invoices
- Keeping Sage Time and fees updated and allocating timesheets to the same.
- Recording all jobs in and keeping track of all filing deadlines and chasing clients.
- Managing the filing of confirmation statements and other documents to Companies House for Limited company clients.
- Answering calls to clients and dealing with queries.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
- Maintain refreshments and office supplies and order/purchase as needed.
- General administration duties

**Skills**:

- Excellent organisational abilities
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with online computer software.
- Maintain objectivity, independence and integrity at all times
- Be an ambassador for the firm and maintain client relationships

**Experience/Qualification**
- Accountancy Practice experience a distinct advantage but not essential

Hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Location: Hazel Grove

**Salary**: Dependent on experience

Expected Start Date: ASAP

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
